The agreement
Using Surevisible means accepting these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you are confirming you may bind it.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your credentials, and for the access you grant when you connect a Google property. Connect only properties you are entitled to read.
What you own
Your data stays yours. Charts, dashboards and reports you build are yours. We claim no licence over your marketing data beyond what is needed to store it and show it back to you.
What we own
The software, the metric schema and the interface remain ours. Nothing here transfers them, and none of it may be resold as a competing analytics product.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another workspace’s data, reverse the service into a clone, or use it to process data you have no right to. Any of these ends the agreement.
Availability
We work to keep the service up and will not pretend it can never be down. Where a source is unavailable or a provider revises history, the product reports what it knows rather than inventing continuity.
Billing
Paid plans bill in advance and renew until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not refund the current period. Nothing is deleted the day you cancel. You keep access until the period ends.
Liability
Surevisible is a reporting tool. Decisions made from its output are yours. To the extent the law allows, our liability is capped at what you paid us in the preceding twelve months.
