Every brand ranked by what changed
The brand index does not average your portfolio into a single score nobody can act on. It sorts by movement and flags what needs you.
The problem
With eight brands, the reporting question is not 'how is traffic'. It is 'which of these should I be looking at this morning'. Every tool answers the first question, for one property at a time, and leaves the second to you.
What we mean
The portfolio view is a ranking, not a dashboard. Each brand shows its own trend, its own deltas and a single attention flag derived from how far it has moved relative to its own baseline, not relative to the other brands, which are different sizes.
8+
brands on one screen, ranked by what moved
How it works
Start to answer
- 01
Every brand on one screen
Sessions and search clicks for each, over the same window, on the same axis.
- 02
Sorted by movement
The brands that changed most sit at the top, because they are the ones with something to say.
- 03
Flagged, not scored
A dot means 'look here'. A composite health score out of a hundred would be a number nobody could act on.
- 04
One click deeper
The brand page carries the movers, the channels and the pages behind the change.
Before and after
What actually changes
Before
Sixteen browser tabs, opened in the same order every week, most of which turn out to be fine.
After
One screen, two brands flagged, and you are inside the one that matters within a minute.
Before
Someone asks how the portfolio is doing and the honest answer is a shrug plus an average that hides the two brands in trouble.
After
You show the ranking. Six steady, two down, and you can name why for both.
Movement, not levels
A big brand being big is not news.
- Deltas against each brand's own baseline
- Severity scaled to the brand, not the portfolio
- Brands with no data say so rather than reading as zero
Search and analytics together
Both sources on the same sparkline.
- Sessions and search clicks side by side
- Divergence between them is itself a signal
- Filter by source without leaving the index
Built for many
The screen is designed for a portfolio, not scaled up from one site.
- Search across brands and domains
- Cards or table, whichever you read faster
- Status filter for the ones needing attention
Why there is no portfolio score
Any single number over a portfolio has to weight the brands somehow, and every weighting is wrong for some question. Worse, a score that moves gives the feeling of information without the content. You cannot act on 73. The ranking says which brand and which direction, which is the part you can do something about.
In short
The screen's job is to get you to the right brand. Once you are there, the analysis is specific instead of averaged.
More features
One metric schema
Every source normalises into one schema on the way in, so comparing two brands is valid by construction rather than by whoever built the spreadsheet remembering to make it so.
Ask in plain English
Ask which brand lost the most organic traffic last month. Get the answer, the chart, and the exact query that produced both.
Charts & dashboards
Every chart is a saved query rather than a picture, so a dashboard is a set of live questions instead of a set of stale images.
See the whole brand
Search, analytics, ads, revenue, CRM and support, pulled into one view per brand and kept current. Connect the first source in a few minutes.
